Shipping/Processing

Shipping Domestic

All domestic orders ship via USPS first class or priority mail, depending on what is selected at checkout.

Need a rush order? Please contact our Customer Service department with your order requests and desired arrival date. 

Shipping International

All international orders ship via USPS priority mail international and arrive within 6-10 business days from the ship date, depending on your location.

For all deliveries outside of the United States, in addition to appropriate international shipping charges, you will be responsible for any and all local taxes, duties, tariffs, or other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase, if any. By placing your order, you are agreeing that you will be responsible for and will pay, as due, all such charges, as applicable.

Processing

Processing time for all orders is 1-3 business days.* 

Once an order has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided with your order. To cancel an order, please immediately reply to the confirmation email or call our Customer Service department. 

*Please note: Orders placed after 12:30pm, PST will begin processing the following business day.

 

Returns/Exchanges

Returns

Upton gladly accepts returns of undamaged items for a full refund within 30 days of the ship date.

If your product was received damaged due to shipping, please call or email our Customer Service department for assistance.

We will notify you via email once we've received your return. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to process. Refunds are credited to the same card or PayPal account used to make your purchase. 

Exchanges

Exchanges are not available for online purchases. If another item is desired, simply return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you’d like.
